Executive Assistant

£19-28/hour plus holiday pay

A high performing global investment firm based in beautiful offices near Green Park are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team, on a temporary basis although potentially as a FTC. The role is covering two maternity consecutive maternity covers, with the potential of a brief overlap of the two.

This is a highly collaborative environment suitable for an EA who is excited to contribute to the team's enormous success. This role is currently based from home for the forseeable.

Responsibilities for this EA position will include (but are not limited to):

• Support to a team of around 7, up to MD level
• Diary management
• Travel
• Expenses
• Managing inboxes
• General office support such as answering phones
• Other ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will be happy managing an ever-changing and busy work schedule and will have a muck-in attitude. Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.

Salary for this EA role is competitive, dependent on experience. If on a contract, company benefits are extremely attractive and include a discretionary bonus, pension, dental and healthcare.

The hours for this role are 8 to 5, although some work outside of these hours may be necessary at times.
