Maternity Cover Executive Assistant - End of October start

West End

Up to £60K

This is a super opportunity to join our client, an independent and unique investment management firm that fosters an international and collaborative culture on a 10 - 12 month maternity cover basis.

A busy Executive Assistant role, this position will involve providing support a team of five within the Global Equity division, this role will suit an Executive Assistant with an organised, proactive and personable approach to ensure efficient and consistent co-ordination on a global level.

Juggling a number of priorities, duties include (however are not limited to):

  • Complete diary and meeting management
  • Organising and coordinating all aspects of global travel
  • Effective Salesforce database management
  • Producing presentation materials, requiring excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Tracking of information and administration
  • Expense management
  • Assisting with ad-hoc project and admin support and tasks

The client is seeking a flexible and motivated individual who enjoys taking responsibility for organising, coordinating and working to the highest of standards at all times. With a close knit support team across the business, the successful Executive Assistant will need to offer flexibility and a hands on approach to assist with other tasks as necessary.

Previous experience providing support within the finance or professional services sector is needed alongside proficiency in MS Office system and Salesforce is ideal. The ideal candidate will also be team focused, proactive and organised and possess a strong dose of initiative!

Salary for this position is paying up to the equivalent of £60K depending on experience and the position comes with superb benefits.
