Learning & Development Officer, City of London, Perm. To £36k.

Our client, a respected international law firm, requires a Learning & Development Officer. This is a permanent position is to start ASAP and is paying up to £36K PA.

Main duties of this Learning Programmes Manager role include:

• Overseeing the development and delivery of the organisation's learning strategy
• Day to day running of firm's apprentice programme
• Developing digital learning programmes
• Setting new joiners up for compliance training and monitoring completions
• Assessing individual training needs
• Running and designing skills training & induction programmes
• Monitoring the success of the learning programmes, analysing data and suggesting strategic improvements
• Seeking new opportunities for development and learning programmes

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have demonstrable experience in legal/professional services in a similar role. You will be an effective line manager with the ability to lead creative outputs and deliver a learning strategy successfully. You will be able to manage a complex workload, work to strict deadlines and problem solve with ease. Excellent communication skills, an ability to seamlessly manage and motivate individuals, alongside an ability to build successful relationship with individuals at all levels are essential. This role would suit someone with a passion for Learning & Development.
