Our client a Medical Organisation is looking for a Pharmacy Administrator to contribute towards providing a safe, timely and first-class prescription administration service to all their clients. This is a 3-6-month temp role and is paying £11-£12 p/h plus holiday pay and is to start ASAP.

The main duties of the Pharmacy Administrator are:

  • Ensure prescriptions are put on the relevant IT system and endorsed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Contacting clients and asking for payments of their prescriptions
  • Interact with clients in a friend manner and build rapport
  • Maintain client database
  • Undertake general office duties

The successful candidate will have previous admin experience and experience taking payments over the phone. You will be speaking to clients on the phone therefore you need to be confident in building relations and have fantastic communication and customer service skills. You will have strong attention to detail and work in an organised and systematic manner in order to process prescriptions through quickly and solve any arising issues.
