Our client requires a Talent & HR Coordinator. This is an ongoing temporary role lasting until the end of the year and is paying £12-£13 p/h plus holiday pay. You must be available immediately.

Main duties of the HR & Talent Coordinator:

  • Sourcing and engaging with the best candidates
  • Place adverts on appropriate job boards
  • Screening CVs and interviewing candidates to decide suitability
  • Schedule and hold interviews
  • Track and analyse the recruitment pipeline
  • Produce a weekly recruitment update for the leadership team
  • Working with the hiring managers and in-house HR team
  • Feeding back to hiring managers and interviews
  • Coordinating new hire processes
  • Utilising a range of recruitment methods, e. social media channels
  • Providing interview feedback for candidates
  • General HR admin work, e. producing contracts
  • Providing general HR support to the larger team

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in HR and hold previous experience in recruitment. The ability to demonstrate the use of recruitment portals such as LinkedIn is essential, and you will have a good understanding of the UK employment market. You will have excellent communication skills and have a positive and approachable manner. The successful candidate will be highly driven and motivated to both meet and exceed recruitment targets. Some knowledge surrounding UK labour law and how it relates to recruitment is very desirable.

You must be educated a graduate degree level and have experience using the full Microsoft Office packages, such as: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the beauty/fragrance industry.
