Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Our client, a renowned architectural firm based in Central London requires a Marketing Communications Coordinator to start ASAP. Your role as Marketing Communications Coordinator is to support marketing projects and new business development on behalf of the Senior Leadership and Business Development teams.

The main duties of the Marketing Communications Coordinator are:

• New Business Development
• Assisting with designing, writing and producing proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
• Assisting with the development of presentation content, content and talking points, speaker preparation and briefing materials
• Assisting with the development of blog posts and bylines
• Document project design narratives for use in regional and global marketing and public relations activities
• Maintain resources and asset systems - updating project documentation, team bios, image library and project profiles
• Work with the global marketing team to develop project and design contact for external and internal communications channels
• Assist with coordination of project photoshoots

The successful candidate will have at least 5-6 years related professional experience and have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Manager, Graphic Design, Master Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or Interior Design. You need to be highly detail-orientated, fast learner, team player, highly collaborative and someone who thrives in an energetic team environment. You need to have strong project management and coordination skills, ability to manage deadlines, have proven experience producing proposals/presentations and other marketing materials, be self-motivated and have strong organisational skills. You need to be highly competent in Adobe CC, Photoshop Illustrator, InDesign and strong knowledge of all Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PPT).
