A notable UK Healthcare Charity, who specialise in helping young adults are looking for an Executive Business Manager to join them on a 3-5 month contract. This is a unique & exciting opportunity to provide support to the CEO, Board of Trustees and Leadership Team with effective administrative, business and governance support. This role – and the team it leads – sit at the very centre of the organisation.
Location: Flexible – hybrid - time in London office will be needed
Hours: Full-time, 35hrs a week, with some flexibility around working pattern
Salary: Up to £42,000 depending on experience (based on 12-month contract)

The Role:
- Lead, manage and motivate the Executive Support Team across the charity – setting effective objectives and ensuring the team is proactive, agile and responsive
- Ensuring that the PAs to Directors provide excellent administrative support to the team
- Take a lead on key projects reporting to the Chief Executive and other senior stakeholders as necessary
- Carrying out duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures on Health and Safety
- Arranging Board and Committee Meetings, overseeing the co-ordination and presentation of Board reports, taking minutes of meetings and recording and monitoring actions
The Candidate:
- Proven track record of working effectively as an administrative/business support professional with senior executives
- Experienced in preparing Board or Executive Team papers, minute taking and writing reports and briefings
- Leading administrative or business support teams with an effective and proactive business partner model
- Proven line management experience – able to engage, inspire and motivate as well as constructively address development and/or performance areas
- Budgeting and resource allocation
- Project Management
- Team player, positive can do attitude
