My client, a highly reputable, music tech company, are looking for an experienced and capable HR Director, to lead the UK Strategy and support the SLT. This role will be on a full-time basis, working three days in the offices and two days from home with a very flexible approach to working hours, and a fantastic company culture.

The key role responsibilities include:
  • Manage the UK Team – support their development and growth and ensure you are at the helm of a high performing HR team
  • Build relationships with SLT and other key stakeholders in order to fully plug in to the business needs from a people and culture perspective
  • Fully devise a resourcing strategy, in partnership with SLT to ensure all succession planning and resourcing needs and forecasting for the year
  • Build and embody a culture of continuous business and process improvements, leading from the front in striving to deliver an impeccable employee experience
  • Handling all complex and escalated ER cases from disciplinaries, grievances as well as adept at conflict resolution
  • Data driven and always returning to the data to guide you on key employee areas of concern from turnover to diversity
  • Oversee the monthly payroll submissions to external supplier, also overseeing all benefits, pensions auto enrolment and any reward matters too
Skills and experience required:
  • Minimum 6+ years working within a senior people and culture positions
  • A degree in HR, or CIPD level 7
  • Self-starter – highly proactive and ‘plugged in’ to the wider HR community
  • Tech savvy, with an understanding of HRIS
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law
