A very delicious online edible gift retailer has literally expanded at an exponential rate over the last 2 years! Going from the Founders side business selling personalised edible gifts to being a successful and growing firm. They are now looking to hire a Marketing Manager to work with the Founder and have the support of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing plan.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a brand new Marketing Manager role with lots of autonomy to develop this role how you seem fit to support the bakery, so you’ll be the kind of person who is creative, imaginative and thrives on seeing results! Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have solid experience in a similar Marketing role, be able to manage the marketing strategy and be a creative thinker!
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £35k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits and discounts!

- Develop the Marketing and Sales strategy
- Manage the corporate accounts and growth
- Oversee the Advertising and SEO campaigns
- Overseeing all product launches from a marketing perspective
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar.
- Analyse and report on the sales figures to the Founder.
To be successful, you will have solid experience in a similar Marketing role, be able to manage the marketing strategy and be a creative thinker!
Essential requirements:
- Solid experience with digital marketing
- Ideally, have managed a team or junior previously
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, GSuite would be beneficial
- Previous experience in the food industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Collaborative worker
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- High attention to detail
