A fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven Team Assistant to join a global venture capital firm. The company is doing exceptionally well and this is a new role to support an extremely busy and growing team. This will likely develop into a PA role within 5-6 months.
The Role:
The main responsibility for this role is to work closely with the other EAs to support an incredibly busy team.
The ideal candidate is detail-orientated and a proven team player with a minimum of a years’ experience in a similar role. The candidate will be career minded, with a drive to progress in the company and be able to self-motivate and be proactive in their working style.
Key Skills and Experience:
The Role:
The main responsibility for this role is to work closely with the other EAs to support an incredibly busy team.
- Manage expenses and invoices
- Arrange travel and visas
- Organise financial support including setting up suppliers and coding invoices
- Assist the Communications and Marketing team with organising events including booking catering and meeting rooms
- Be a friendly and professional point of contact for visitors
- Manage contact databases
- Ad-hoc administration tasks as required
The ideal candidate is detail-orientated and a proven team player with a minimum of a years’ experience in a similar role. The candidate will be career minded, with a drive to progress in the company and be able to self-motivate and be proactive in their working style.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to work as part of a team, whilst happy to be mentored
- Travel and expense experience using Concur
- Good communication skills including confident phone manner and ability to interact with people of all levels both internally and externally
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritise under pressure
- Diary management experience is desirable, but not essential
- Generous bonus.
- 10% non-contribution pension, with a further 3% if you contribute 3%
