I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to join global financial services firm in the City, to support the Head of Design and the wider Digital team of 8. This is an incredibly broad role that requires an EA with advanced MS office skills, in particular with PowerPoint as you will be using this extensively within the role, supporting on various business management projects and providing administrative support to the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO;
- Extensive calendar and meeting management
- Compile agendas
- Create, format and edit materials and correspondence
- Coordinate extensive global travel
- Expense reporting
- Create high quality PowerPoint presentations to creatively present data
- Maintain SharePoint sites for team meeting and offsite initiative
- Project management
- Support the Digital team with various activities and also support the team collaboration session
WHAT YOU’LL NEED;
- Previous EA and project management experience in financial or professional services
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong correspondence drafting, editing, proofreading skills with excellent grammar
- Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently; demonstrates pro-active approach and is flexible with change.
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively manage upward to members of senior management whilst building effective relationships
