A rapidly growing consultancy based in Farringdon is looking for a proactive Office Manager/Operations Manager to join their successful team, providing high-level support to their Head of Operations and Senior Leadership team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Office Management role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have two-three years’ experience in a similar PA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £35k (DOE), in addition to a 10% bonus. Other benefits include:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Assisting the Head of Operations with projects
- Completing HR admin such as contracts, offer letters, benefits admin
- Working with Client Services on client pitches (PowerPoints)
- Taking ownership of the company templates
- Taking a proactive approach to improving processes/suppliers
- Internal logistics for meetings, setting times, booking rooms, sending invitations out
- Managing the internal training programme (Learning and Development training)
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
To be successful, you will have two-three years’ experience in a similar PA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- Experience within an operation/office management role
- Experience working in a smaller firm that is growing
- Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Able to work to conflicting deadlines
- Good use of initiative
- High attention to detail
This role will pay up to £35k (DOE), in addition to a 10% bonus. Other benefits include:
