A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar Lead Receptionist who is well-presented and switched-on to manage the front of house in a boutique investment firm in the heart of the West End.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide first class Front of House service at all times
Manage the Front of House support receptionist
Use the booking system to submit visitors’ names to Security
Welcome guests and provide refreshments
Oversee the meeting rooms & meeting room calendars
Manage the company switchboard, including screening and transferring calls as appropriate
Effectively manage in-house client catering & events including liaising with external caterers
Manage expense reports & purchase orders generated from Front of House purchasing
Provide cover for the support receptionist
Maintain the highest standards at all times
WHO YOU ARE
An experienced individual who is professional, flexible and excels in all Front of House, and client service responsibilities.
Requirements:
Excellent prior Front of House & hospitality/cabin crew experience is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Service oriented with outstanding organisational & communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Well-presented team player who is flexible to the needs of the business
Approachable with positive attitude & sunny disposition
Unflappable and discreet
Excellent MS Office skills
This role is paying up to £45k (DOE) with a discretionary bonus and 25 days annual leave.
