Our client is looking for a Business Development / Sales Executive Manager to join a rapidly growing company for their brand-new offices located in Dubai. They are seeking a skilled Business Development / Sales Executive to lead the sales of their core products. The ideal candidate will excel in closing sales, winning clients in a B2B environment. You must be fluent English (verbal / written) and it is desirable to speak Arabic.
THE ROLE
To be successful in this Business Development / Sales Executive Manager role you must have Sales experience working in Financial Software within core Banking and/or Insurance Management. Having overall knowledge of the banking and insurance sectors is desirable.

THE ROLE
- Discover and follow up on leads – arranging meetings / negotiating proposals closing sales with existing and new clients
- Identify new clients and increase sales assisting with the company growth
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Keep updated with competitor / industry trends
- Attend seminars / workshops to build a strong knowledge of the products
- Client / stakeholder management
- Collate market research to evaluate needs and identify new opportunities
- Prepare reports / presentations with the data collected to circulate to the Board

- Sales experience within Financial Software / Insurance is a must
- Essential you have experience in software or finance sales
- 5-8 years working in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
- Fluent English is essential and desirable to speak Arabic
