Our client is looking for a Business Development and Sponsorship Manager to join a growing team in their offices located in Abu Dhabi.  They are seeking an experienced candidate to manage and oversee Business Development and Sponsorship maintaining existing relationships with current sponsors and develop new relationships around programs and events.   

THE ROLE

• Develop business strategies maintaining existing and new sponsorship relationships
• Coordinate and manage all sponsorship development
• Monitor objectives / goals are met
• Liaise with departments and programme heads to develop sponsorship opportunities
• Update Senior Managers on the progress of sponsorships
• Manage day to day running’s of the sponsorship programmes ensuring all commitments are met
• Develop PR, branding, hospitality commitments are met prior to the events
• Update the databases and report on overall performance
• Keep records of all sponsorship expenditure
• Prepare merchandise to sponsors
• Meet and greet all sponsors/ VIP guests at the events
• Mange social media platforms

YOU ARE

To be successful in this Business Development and Sponsorship Manager role you must have experience working in Business Developments and/or Sponsorship roles.  Desirable to be fluent Arabic and English literacy (report writing).

Requirements 

• 5+ years related
• UAE social / event experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
