Departmental Administrator - London
My client, one of London’s top Universities, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator, to begin working with them from ideally the beginning of June, for 6 months. The role is paying between £16 and £20 per hour.
The Role
This role as a Departmental Administrator is a newly created position - the primary focus will be working on a project involving data migration, so experience with spreadsheets, data migration and projects would be ideal. It will involve analysis of data, migration of data, liaising with other departments and working as part of a team to see the project through. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in one of London’s most prestigious tertiary institutions.
Duties include
- Overseeing migration of data
- Collation of information
- Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the project
- Working well within a team
- Other administrative tasks as required
The Candidate
The successful candidate will need to have very strong administration skills and be able to ‘hit the ground running’. They would ideally have Higher Education experience (desirable but not required) and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The team is looking for someone with great time management skills, who is happy to ‘muck in’ where required.
The client is looking for someone to start ASAP ideally.
