A growing and expanding tech platform are looking for several Customer Care Agents to join the team. They have panoramic views of London and are a fun energetic workplace offering support and growth to everyone who joins! As well as enabling the successful candidate to work  2 days a week from home!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy Customer Care role where you will be communicating over the phone, via webchat, emails and text messages across the UK and the USA! Typical duties include:
  • Answering incoming calls promptly
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Replying to supplier emails
  • Being the go-to between the end user and supplier!
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have office-based experience in an administrative or customer service related role, be an empathetic and positive communicator and love resolving issues and providing 1st class service!  

Essential requirements:
  • Administration or Customer Service/Customer Care experience.
  • Experience working in an office
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Flexible to work on a shift pattern
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
