An excellent opportunity for a switched-on Senior Project Manager/Principal to lead on the design, pitching and delivery of projects within a prestigious consultancy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Principals lead teams to deliver value and impact, working alongside Managing Directors and Advisors, and leveraging contractors and community. This is a dynamic and fast paced role, typical duties include:
• Designing and managing the delivery of complex programmes for one or more partners, drawing on company Insights, Arenas, and Communications functions
• Guiding groups of senior leaders from partner organisations through learning, innovation and collaboration processes
• Leading the development of thought leadership and acting as subject matter experts on a range of sectors and disciplines related to the firm’s mission and theory of change
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be a bright and engaging candidate with proven experience in a global consulting environment.
• A graduate degree in sustainability, energy and natural resources, economics, business, leadership development, design, or similar
• At least four years' work experience in management consulting, or an equivalent fast-paced environment with a high degree of exposure to clients is essential
• Exposure to design thinking and innovation
• Success at working with a range of cultures, socially adept at all levels
• Highly flexible for international travel to both developed and less developed countries
• Ability to work independently and with teams, often with ambiguous and highly fluid settings
• Curious, empathetic, proactive and charismatic
• Self-driven, resilient and agile worker
Role is paying £70k+ DOE
