Tiger Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.
This role will suit a proactive self-starter who is eager and excited about building new client relationships whilst dealing with a busy workload. You will be confident in dealing with clients face to face & over the phone and will have excellent interpersonal skills.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, which will include but not limited to;

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, which will include but not limited to;
- Writing and advertising job roles, attracting candidates to register with Tiger
- Uploading candidate information accurately on Internal Database
- Building on and expanding existing client relationships
- Taking detailed job briefs, ensuring you understand entirely what the client is looking for
- Ensuring that all roles are filled with the best candidate
- You will be a team player
- You will be ambitious and have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You will be a motived and driven individual with lots of intuitive
- High attention to detail
- A problem solver with the ability to think on the spot
- A minimum of one to three years of recruitment experience within recruitment
