My client is looking for a committed and hardworking EA, used to working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines. Responsibilities will include:
- Seamless support to three Senior Managers
- Working to tight deadlines and with a quick turnaround
- Complex diary management
- Scheduling meetings and call across different time-zones
- International travel and visas
- Drafting correspondence
- Processing expenses
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations, formatting documents and Excel reporting
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable EA experience in a financial services environment, supporting at Board level
- Constantly able to anticipate the needs of those you are supporting
- Team player with a hands on approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication
