My client is an amazing venture-backed tech start-up who operates within the events/experience industry.  They are in an exciting period of growth, are dynamic and friendly, and offer a fun and challenging work environment.  This role will be working East Coast hours so is flexible on location. 


Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships quickly with their friendly network of customers
  • Provide support to customers via live chat, helpdesk tickets, community forums, and video calls
  • Provide technical guidance to customers using your excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and building websites – training provided if needed
  • Provide non-technical guidance to customers to help them with all other issues related to their account
  • Track and analyze customer support data, and provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to management
 
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Approachable, resourceful, with an excellent work ethic
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to understand large sets of data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This is an entry-level role but ideally, this person will have some previous experience within a customer-facing environment
