Executive Assistant (4 days a week)
12 month FTC
£40,000 - £45,000 pro-rata
I have an urgent requirement for an Executive Assistant to join a boutique finance firm on a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity leave. Starting early January, the EA will be working 4 days a week, with Wednesday's the day off as part of a job share. The EA will be supporting a team of 10 very busy individuals consisting of two Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and Analysts. It is important that the successful EA has previous experience supporting at MD level, but is also willing to help out colleagues and step up to cover for senior MD’s as required.
What you’ll do;
Extensive diary and meeting coordination
Coordinate conference/video calls with multiple parties, often at short notice
Expense management
Updating the contact database
Creating and amending PowerPoint, Word and Excel documents
Telephone coverage
Collating and preparing documents for meetings
What you’ll need;
Experience working within Investment Banking
A calm nature and can perform well under pressure
Highly organised and detail orientated
Strong communication skills
Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload
A strong team player
