My client is a highly reputable investment firm looking for an HR Director to support their global office base. This role will be initially on a part time basis of 3/4 days per week with the potential to move to full time.
The key role responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the full recruitment, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle
- Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with UK and international employment law
- Reviewing and implementing new employee engagement initiatives
- Introducing Learning and Development policies
- Management of payroll as well as reward and benefits programmes
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 5+ years working within a senior HR Generalist position
- CIPD Qualified
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Experience working within professional services or finance
- Strong understanding of UK and international employment law
- Able to problem solve and maintain calm under pressure
- A real self-starter who is able to hit the ground running
