A growing Private Equity firm based in offices by Green Park are looking for an exceptional EA to join the firm to help support the CEO predominantly with some light support going to the CFO and General Counsel.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy EA role with lots of responsibility and variety. You will have the gravitas to support a high prolife CEO yet happy to lend a hand to support other seniors as and when required. Typical duties include;
To be successful, you will have a strong and stable experience supporting at board level currently. You will be a team player, happy to support the wider community and have a flexible approach to work.
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £55k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:

- Extensive diary management, scheduling meetings and calls across several time zones.
- Extensive travel and providing full itinerates and support
- Coordinating the Board meetings including producing board packs and circulating agendas.
- Assisting the management with HR related projects such as benefit reviews, recruitment, assisting with visa applications
To be successful, you will have a strong and stable experience supporting at board level currently. You will be a team player, happy to support the wider community and have a flexible approach to work.
Essential requirements:
- Supporting at Board level
- Strong academics – preference will be given to graduates.
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Proactive nature
- Knowledge within Human Resources practises
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
This role will pay up to £55k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:
