Night Controller - Luxury Concierge & Chauffeur Company

We are recruiting for a Night Controller to work for a leading, luxury concierge & chauffeur and supercar fleet company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Night Controller to work for a company who offers a prestigious service and some the world’s finest vehicles.

This is a permanent role and you will join a small, friendly team, working directly with the owner and the operations manager, based in a Central London location.

As the Night Controller, you will be responsible for;

• You will be responsible for taking incoming chauffeur bookings and uploading them onto a CRM system, sending booking confirmations to clients, and confirming the chauffeur details
• You will be responsible for efficiently overseeing the chauffeur rota in order to correctly dispatch jobs
• You will keep up to date on which chauffeur's are in which vehicles for ease of dispatching
• Anticipating time in order to correctly dispatch jobs for the following day
• You will be able to handle high pressure last minute bookings and organise effectively
• Occasionally, you will be required to drive the cars for services and will look after all maintenance issues, be able to help with the up-keep of the vehicles (fuel them, overnight car wash etc) also put bottles of water in the cars to prep them for the following day
• Office administration, preparing handover notes for the day team and communication of key information

 
The Candidate;

• You will have a full UK driving licence for more than 3 years
• You will be a clear communicator with great customer service skills
• Confident and sharp on the phone as well as email - quick responses are a must
• You will have excellent attention to detail and will have the ability to solve problems
• Friendly, bubbly and have a positive attitude

 
The Role;

• Full time permanent role
• First 4-6 weeks will be daytime office hours for full training
• Woking hours will be 22:00pm – 07:00am OR 21:00pm – 06:00am
• 40 hours per week in total, plus 1 mandatory weekend in every 3, which could be day or night.
• Overtime opportunity available for extra hours during the week, or extra weekends at £13 per hour.
• Salary: £22,000.00 to £24,000.00 per annum
