A dynamic tech start up is looking for a proactive Office Manager/EA to join their successful team in the heart of trendy West London.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied and fast paced OM/EA role with lots going on, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:

Office Management:
• Warmly greeting and welcoming all visitors
• Ensure that office always looks tidy and presentable
• Onboarding of new starters
• Ordering company equipment/ stationary
• Manage office supplier contracts
• Reviewing and implementing the company’s health and safety policy
• Ownership of filing and planning systems to ensure they are accessible, accurate & up-to-date
• Additional ad-hoc duties as needed: planning of Christmas party / leaving parties / client gifts / office reorganisation /planning away days /organising catering for lunches

EA support to the CEO:
• Diary management
• General administrative duties including filing, dealing with mail, research and proof reading as needed
• Expenses
• Booking of internal meetings
• Travel arrangements (accommodation, travel, reservations, etc)
• Meeting attendance and minute taking
• Additional ad hoc support as needed

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be sparky, on the ball career OM/EA with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Essential requirements:
• A candid problem solver – solutions driven
• A stickler for details - you notice the small things
• An excellent time manager - you have supreme focus and enjoy ticking items off your to-do list.
• Comfortable with operating autonomously
• 1 years relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Polite telephone manner
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of working with clients
• Able to produce accurate, high quality work to a tight deadline
• Able to work under pressure
• Proactive and energetic personality

THE BENEFITS
This role will pay up to £30k (DOE)
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and New Year
• Hours 9am – 5pm
