HR Officer - Data Systems - 4-month FTC
£23,000 - £27,500 (pro-rata)
Tiger are currently recruiting on behalf of a world leading research institution and charity. We are looking for a professional and detail orientated ambitious HR Officer to join a welcoming and friendly HR Operations team. Based out of lovely offices near Central London, you will be tasked with a range of duties to support the HR department but it will be mainly information systems and data orientated so they are looking for someone with fantastic IT skills who is able to pick up new systems quickly, manipulate data and produce reports.
Duties will include:
The right candidate will be self-motivated but also work well within a team, be educated to degree level or equivalent (CIPD), and have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel. A working knowledge of HR data systems and a strong desire to build a career in HR is essential.
They are a friendly and welcoming environment, but also quite heads down so this will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously.

- Producing data and statistical analysis using their internal HR systems
- Perform regular audits on their HR systems
- Work with other internal stakeholders including payroll, academic services and IT
