A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar HR Assistant who is well-presented and switched on to work for a boutique architectural firm in the city.
The Role
• Administer new employee contract documentation and onboarding procedures Employment checks, PED Checks, Audit compliance and Management of recruitment inbox
• Supporting and co-ordinating training requirements
• Payroll administration, liaising with finance where necessary
• Administration of salary review correspondence
• Supporting exit Interviews and administer leavers documentation & Rapport
• HR Inbox & all People queries (80% of time)
• HR data collection and provision for bids, reports, insurances and other Ad hoc requests
• Technical Rapport support (HR related)
• Maintaining HR files & records

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Enthusiastic and a collaborative team player
Comes with:
Salary up to £27,000
Working 9:00 – 17:30
