THE ROLE
Our client is seeking out an experienced Team PA to provide extensive support for a Securities Division of 20+, including, MD, VP, associate and analyst level. This is initially a 12 month contract with potential to go permanent.

- Intensive diary management for all levels of team
- Answering telephones and emails professionally and timely
- Booking and arranging meetings internally and externally
- Travel Management, including visa processing
- Expense management and reporting
- General administration and day-to-day duties
- Ad hoc tasks and coverage
