A boutique accountancy firm based in South West London, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Secretary and Office Administrator. 

They are a team of 10 and are looking for someone to support with all office administration, filing and travel arrangements. 

The Role 
  • Audio and Copy typing
  • Drafting emails, letters and correspondence 
  • Overseeing all travel, diary and meeting management 
  • Meeting and greeting guests and clients
  • Dealing with all inbound telephone enquirers and requests 
  • Office Management - supplies, filing and document management 
  • Management of the database and filing system 
The Candidate 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Typing speed of 55wpm+
  • Organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • 1-2 years+ experience within a similar role
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload
  • Ability to work well under pressure
This role is paying up to £35,000 dependant on experience with working hours of 09.00 - 17.30, Monday - Friday (and no overtime required).
