What you’ll do:
 
A one of a kind career opportunity for a fluent German speaking Personal Assistant to support the Founder/UHNWI of a global group company, in an all-encompassing position that will involve a great deal of global travel so flexibility is essential. In this role, the Personal Assistant will wear many hats, as you will be responsible for managing the Founder’s day to day life both personal and business, but also get more involved with business related tasks that you will have full autonomy over.
 
Duties will include;
 

• Extensive diary management coordinating appointments globally
• Global travel coordinator, visa’s and itineraries
• Support on business trips for both internal and external appointments
• Preparing presentations and writing summaries, concepts and projects proposals
• Managing a continuous social media narrative both business and personal
• Monitoring of social media sites, carrying out proposals and creating evaluations
• Communicating at all levels globally
• Project management including managing budgets
• Personal PA support

 
It is essential that the Personal Assistant is fluent in German, is able to travel extensively and often at short notice. Exposure within marketing and communications is desired and experience to take on the social media aspect of this role. The Personal Assistant will be commanding, professional and have excellent communication skills and positive disposition.
 

• Relative work experience in a similar role in an international capacity
• Intercultural skills
• Experience managing and promoting a number personal of social media platforms
• Highly organised with a structured and analytical approach
• Service orientated
• Fluent German
• Must be prepared to travel extensively
• Prior experience within marketing and communications
