Business Development Associate
An International Financial Services firm are looking for a Business Development Associate to join their team in Madrid. You will work alongside two Business Development Managers and will be responsible for developing and driving the business and client base in Spain. You must have worked within Professional Services, either in a Business Development, Sales, Marketing role or as a Team Executive Assistant for a Sales Team.
The Role
As BSA you will be responsible for being the main contact for prospective clients and will play a key part in the generation of new leads and meetings. This role offers an opportunity to gain broad experience and has excellent career progression into Business Development and Relationship Management.

- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- 3+ years’ experience planning meetings and events globally
- Worked within a Professional Services or Sales Team (Sales, Marketing or Business Development)

- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
