Team PA

Brilliant new role for a polished Team PA to join a top boutique finance company based in Soho. 

It's a small, but growing company with a great culture and open plan office.

The role is for a Team PA. Duties will include:

• Supporting Senior Manager management with diary, travel coordination and meetings across different time zones
• Assisting with preparing marketing materials
• Organising and running investor
• FOH duties

It's a fast paced office and small team. There is little structure and you will be given a lot of autonomy in this position. You must be comfortable working independently and sometimes with little guidance. It's a new role so you really have the opportunity to go in and make of the opportunity what you will.

Ideally you will have 1-2 years' experience within financial services supporting at executiv level.
