Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a wonderful creative company based in North London who are looking for a new Office Administrator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be joining a truly lovely company with a great family feel and a team who all have a great work ethic and cause. This role gives you a great chance to take control and get stuck in to a number of part of the company.
Responsibilities include –
General Office Management tasks.
General administrative tasks for the company.
Generate reports and itineraries for the company.
Support various projects within the company.
Financial support to the office- payroll/petty cash/ invoicing
Managing their social media accounts.
Create and proof read reports and prepare documents for meetings.
WHO YOU ARE
My client are looking for someone super proactive and on the ball and who has the confidence to showcase ideas and take control.
Requirements include:
Proficient IT skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously.
Experience working with or knowledge of Xero accounting software.
Personal Skills
Pro-active and confident with using your own initiative.
Muck in work attitude.
A professional and personable approach
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
THE BENEFITS
This role will pay a up to £25k
Working hours are 9-5.
35 hours a week.
25 days holiday
