A well established and corporate financial consultancy firm are looking for an experienced and professional PowerPoint whizz to join their team and support the office of 11 with all presentations and Personal Assistant duties.

This is a varied role and you must be able to work accurately and methodically across a range of responsibilities at a given time.

The Role

With the current office manager focusing on supporting the finance department, the team are looking for a Team Personal Assistant to support the wider team with all diary, travel and administration and presentation management.

This will be a varied role and you must be proactive and work across several tasks at a given time. 50% of your role will be supporting with all presentation design and build.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • General Personal Assistant duties for 6 Partners and 5 other staff, including:
    • General typing and minute taking
    • Production of PowerPoint documents - advanced knowledge within PowerPoint
    • Printing/binding of PowerPoint documents
  • Answering inbound phone calls and requests
  • Filing – mostly electronic
  • Meeting room management 
  • Arranging office events – seminars, webinars etc
  • Client contact database management
  • Template management and design
  • Assisting Office Manager with monthly client billings
The Candidate

You must have strong communication skills and obtain high Microsoft Office skills – specifically within PowerPoint. You must be a mature, professional and hardworking candidate who possesses a no job too big attitude.
