This exciting opportunity, working in an entrepreneurial business, is for an individual with an exemplary eye for detail and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment in the heart of a creative children’s publishing agency. The office is based 5 minutes from Clapham Junction Station and you will be working from here and from the Principal’s family home a short bus ride away.
Private PA Duties:
On the Private PA side you will be supporting a busy female Director and her husband and will be seen as very much part of the Family. You will be responsible for:

Private PA Duties:
On the Private PA side you will be supporting a busy female Director and her husband and will be seen as very much part of the Family. You will be responsible for:
- complex diary management
- travel bookings
- organising all insurance, birthdays, MOT’s, contracts etc and diarising everything accordingly
- dealing with contractors, paying bills and making the family’s life run smoothly and more cost-effectively.
- Booking holidays and arranging family parties
- Working closely with the family Nanny when managing anything for the 2 young children
- Running errands, so driving is required
Business PA Duties:
On the business side, you will be the absolute right hand to the Director. You will be responsible for:
- Writing reports and summarising meeting notes
- Diary and inbox management
- Creating Powerpoint presentations
- Organising and attending meetings as required
- Attending Board, Operation and Management meetings
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Who you are:
- proficient on Macs
- have advanced competency in Excel, Word, Diary Management, writing reports, Powerpoint presentations
- Tech savvy – the company has created its own software
- have a can-do approach to any request set and be able to work off your own initiative
- emotionally intelligent with an interest in media and the arts
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Driver, living in the SW London area
- Excellent references with proven longevity on your CV
