Our financial services client based in the City are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join their highly successful firm.

THE ROLE

This is a Reception role with a difference in that you will also provide additional PA duties to a senior executive within the office.  

With the main focus on reception, working alongside the other Receptionist on the day-to-day, key duties cover:
  • Phone and email correspondence – display a professional, friendly approach and respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet and greet all clients
  • Manage the meeting rooms and bookings – ensuring they are kept tidy and stocked ahead of each meeting
  • Assist with conference calls and set up
  • Ensure the reception area is covered at all times
On the PA side, duties will include diary management and meeting scheduling, printing and collating documents and information ahead of meetings, ad hoc duties as and when required.

THE CANDIDATE
  • Experience working in a professional, corporate environment, based on Reception
  • Computer literate and good administrative skills – administrative / PA experience is seen as a plus but not a necessity
  • Naturally service-oriented and great relationship builder
  • Great communication skills and well presented
  • Ability to multi-task, collaborate well with team members and go above and beyond in all that you do
This role will work alongside another Receptionist and is the key senior member across Reception, responsible for all guests, so we are seeking a mature, professional and level-headed candidate. The role will pay £30,000-35,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits.
