Our financial services client based in the City are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to join their highly successful firm.
THE ROLE
This is a Reception role with a difference in that you will also provide additional PA duties to a senior executive within the office.
With the main focus on reception, working alongside the other Receptionist on the day-to-day, key duties cover:

This is a Reception role with a difference in that you will also provide additional PA duties to a senior executive within the office.
With the main focus on reception, working alongside the other Receptionist on the day-to-day, key duties cover:
- Phone and email correspondence – display a professional, friendly approach and respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet and greet all clients
- Manage the meeting rooms and bookings – ensuring they are kept tidy and stocked ahead of each meeting
- Assist with conference calls and set up
- Ensure the reception area is covered at all times
THE CANDIDATE
- Experience working in a professional, corporate environment, based on Reception
- Computer literate and good administrative skills – administrative / PA experience is seen as a plus but not a necessity
- Naturally service-oriented and great relationship builder
- Great communication skills and well presented
- Ability to multi-task, collaborate well with team members and go above and beyond in all that you do
