I am currently recruiting for a temporary Recruitment Coordinator for my client, a large independent Investment Management firm.
The company have fantastic offices based in London and a friendly and welcoming team, who are always happy to help new starters with any training needed. There is a lot of potential to grow your skill-set within this company and so this temporary role is a great opportunity.
This role is perfect for someone who is available immediately, has good attention to detail and some experience managing an outlook calendar.
The Recruiting Coordinator will support the activities of the Talent Acquisition team, which sits within the Human Resources department. You will help to manage the daily support needs of the team and duties will include:
- Working with the Reception and IT teams to ensure all video conferences are connected
- Preparing all employment letters and assisting with referencing
- Producing reports
- Answering the phones and taking accurate messages
- Ad-hoc travel and expenses support for recruiters and candidates as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of one years’ experience in an administration role
- Experience with high volumes of interview/meeting scheduling
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A desire to work in a HR/Recruitment team
