Front of House & Events Coordinator in Mayfair!

Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established luxury brand located in Mayfair. They are looking for a proactive Front of House and Events Coordinator to join their successful, small, fun and hardworking team.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a wonderfully varied role! You’ll be a people person and love communicating with clients, you will be the go to person. The role will cover Front of House, Office Manager ad-hoc duties and Events. Main duties will include:

• Front of House – main point of contact, screening calls
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Expense management/Invoicing
• Ad-hoc administrative duties for the office – printing, filing, binding
• Managing office inbox and enquiries
• Office Manager duties
• Events Co-ordinating

To be successful, you will be proactive and highly organised. You have that no job too small/too big attitude and always willing to muck in. The successful candidate thrives in being that support role within the team as well as providing that high quality customer care to the UHNWI that walk through the door. It would be an added bonus that you have had experience in an events role and interest in the creative industry.

THE BENEFITS

This role will pay up to £30k (Depending on Experience)

Office Hours: 9am- 6pm with flexibility due to events. It will include one Saturday a month from 11am-4pm.
