Tiger is continuing to grow and expand internationally, and we are now looking for a San Francisco based permanent recruitment consultant to join our team and work with our fantastic clients based all over the world.
Tiger Recruitment is a fast-paced consultancy that works with some of the top clients and candidates in the international market. This is a dynamic role where you will learn on the job and you will need to take a hands-on approach whilst building up your desk and client base. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to deal with a whole range of professionals. The role will involve liaising directly with clients, over the phone, face-to-face and via email. You will be meeting and placing candidates in roles ensuring they have the right experience to meet client’s needs.
We are looking for someone who has some experience in a similar position (either recruitment, property or account management). You will be able to demonstrate excellent client and customer facing experience and possess the ability to work quickly, efficiently and to tight deadlines. It would be highly advantageous to have experience in a client facing role and a graduate or someone of graduate calibre would be preferred.
