Tiger Recruitment is continuing to grow and develop, and we are now looking for a Frankfurt based German speaking recruitment consultant to join our permanent team to work with our internationally based German clients.
Tiger is a dynamic consultancy that works with some of the top clients and candidates in the international market. Our team is dedicated, driven and very well looked after. The role will involve liaising directly with client, over the phone, face-to-face and via email. You will be meeting and placing candidates in roles ensuring they have the right experience to meet client needs. This is a fast-paced role where you will learn on the job. You will need to take a hands-on approach whilst building up your desk and client base and have excellent communication skills to deal with a diverse range of professionals.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in German and with some experience in a similar position (either recruitment, account management or property). You will be able to demonstrate exceptional client and customer facing experience and possess the ability to work quickly, efficiently and to deadlines. Graduate or graduate calibre would be preferred, and it would be highly advantageous to have experience in a client facing role.
