Our client is a leading think tank organization that is focused on helping establish stronger business conduct standards and leading initiatives in the Gulf to improve principles in corporate governance, accountability and transparency. This is a nonprofit organization that is passionate about driving positive change in Gulf Business through well thought out programmes, educational schemes and events.
They are looking for an in-house consultant (Programme Manager) to drive their Corporate Governance Programmes in the region with a key focus on Diversity in Business Leadership for Small & Medium Enterprises.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Diversity and highly experienced in reporting business practices in the Gulf Region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for the concept design, development, planning, budgeting, proposal preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery of collaborative action programmes across the Gulf Region.
• Responsible for collaborative action programmes by building networks of taskforce participants from the private sector, civil society, academia, international institutions and semi-government bodies.
• Establish actively engaged networks of business and other executives to actively engage in their respective programmes portfolio.
• Responsible for monitoring, evaluation and reporting of their programmes portfolio deliverables including design, plan and measure baseline, progress updates, programme performance, impact assessment and KPIs for their respective programmes.
• Work closely with the events and communication teams on the round table, forum and training events for their respective programmes portfolio from design to execution, including content development, speaker preparation and session outcome reports for.
• Work closely with the Head of Programmes and other Programme Managers within the team to establish strong relationships with stakeholders within the Gulf Region. Regular travel within the Gulf Region.

Key Attributes and Qualifications
• Degree qualification
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience
• Advanced large-scale collaborative programme management skills
• Fluent in English, including perfect ability to write content in clear, structured and compelling English. Arabic language is an advantage.
• Proven report structuring and writing skills
• Excellent networking, communications, presentation, persuading and community building skills
• Business-focused research, data collection and analysis skills
• Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of Project Delivery
• Self-driven, motivated, resourceful, ability to anticipate and solve problems, persuasive and flexible in approach to work
• Must be able to demonstrate a knowledge and experience of corporate governance, accountability, MSME’s and reporting business practices in the Gulf Region.

Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate will come from a top management consultancy firm and be highly passionate about leading change in Middle East business through sharing knowledge and developing key programs. They will have excellent knowledge & understanding of relevant legislative accounting protocols and excellent statistical and financial analysis skills.
