Job Summary

Reporting into the Head of Temporary Division - City Office, the Associate Consultant provides resourcing support to the City temp team while being provided a progression plan and extensive training to transition into the Consultant role.

Responsibilities of the role will encompass the following areas:

•      Using job sites to source office support candidates
•      Screening candidates over the phone to determine suitability for registration
•      Arranging candidate registration interviews on behalf of consultants.
•      Attending and conducting candidate registration interviews.
•      Arranging candidate interviews with clients and taking interview feedback
•      Researching and utilising client mapping to gain and expand knowledge of the current market and area.
•      Assisting with reference checking to speak to potential future clients and develop relationships.
•      Updating databases to ensure information is available and accurate in a timely manner
•      Assisting and shadowing consultants with tasks to learn and develop capabilities 
•      Achieve weekly KPIs as set out by management
•      Ad hoc assistance with administrative and compliance tasks.


Skills and experience 
  • No previous sales experience is required
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure whilst remaining clam and composed
  • Confident phone manner and face to face communication
