A highly functioning and driven Administrative Assistant is required for our client, a leading banking firm. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong work ethic who will fit in with the team seamlessly.
The Role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Directors and their wider teams. Due to the demanding and busy nature of this role, it is best suited to an individual with previous experience within a similar role.

We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills and who is comfortable liaising with all colleagues and clients. You must show initiative and be able to preempt the needs of the team before you are asked. We are seeking someone with excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.

- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Responsible for filing, copying and printing
