We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for a boutique investment advisory with interests in the energy sector. Benefits of the role include a competitive salary in this 2-3 month position in a warm office environment where you will feel an integral part of the team.


As Team Assistant / Office Manager you will be sole support therefore a key person organising and coordinating the office whilst providing support to the executives and team. You are required to help maintain an efficient and positive environment to work in, ensuring high levels of communication, compliance, organisational effectiveness, and safety. We are looking for someone who can use creativity and suggest improvements.

 
Responsibilities include; planning and booking global travel, managing the lead partner’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and company events and functions. You will be required to ensure the provision of office services by organising office operations and procedures, preparing business expenses, managing correspondence, greeting visitors, and designing filing systems.

 
The ideal candidate will have strong, proven experience as an Office Manager, PA or Team Assistant. You will require previous experience booking travel and able to troubleshoot. Excellent time management, proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail and excellent communication skills – both written and verbal are a must. Lastly the client is looking for someone with strong organisational and planning skills as well as a great attention to detail.

It should be noted that the role is based FOH and occasionally team members will be travelling, so you could be the sole person in the office.
