I am currently working on a brilliant, hybrid, Team PA / Office Manager role for an innovative tech / finance company. It’s a small team of just under 40 in London and they are based in amazing offices in the City. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a lovely, down to earth team where there will be great opportunities for progression in this new position.
It will be a varied role with a mixture of duties between Team PA and Office Management. No prior experience of OM duties is required, but similar experience in a Team PA role is key.

- Supporting 4 people with PA duties - Global Head, Director and Manager plus one other person who is based in their US office
- Extensive diary management
- Travel coordination and booking
- Expenses
- Meet and greet
- Assisting with preparation for meetings and events
- Acting as the real lynch pin and go-to person within the office

- Experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment

- Good with logistics
- Experience dealing with senior management
- Great if you have start-up, corporate or professional services experience
