I have received an exciting new role for an Italian speaker to work for a finance company near Green Park, who are looking for an assistant who will support the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn more within the world of finance and there is potential to grow within the company.
The Role
This role is primarily supporting a Director and the wider team of 3 people.
Duties include:
The Candidate
This is an excellent opportunity for a switched on, Italian speaking candidate who is ready to hit the ground running to support a team of 4 within the world of finance. You would ideally be a graduate who is keen to learn the world of sales or has an interest in finance and/or has had up to 2 years’ experience as a PA. It is crucial that you speak Italian and understand the culture, you are approachable and not phased by interacting with different levels within a firm. You will have excellent communication skills and proactive – a real go getter.

The Role
This role is primarily supporting a Director and the wider team of 3 people.
Duties include:
- Travel Logistics,
- Diary management,
- Dealing with day-to-day client queries,
- Updating clients on a monthly and adhoc basis on company products
- Able to assist with printing presentations/documents
- Assist in catering
- Regular interaction and liaising with internal teams
