Our Client, a Leading Law firm in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Corporate Associate to join their team.  This individual will be advising clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, drafting / negotiating contracts, managing client relationships and performing legal due diligence. Candidates applying for this role must have excellent organisational skills, pay attention to detail, and have a strong work ethic.

The role will also include;
  • Actively participating in business development activities and client events;
  • Preparing & participating in pitches to clients
The ideal candidate must have a law degree (preferably from a western jurisdiction), 6 years P.Q.E in corporate / civil practice and the ability to work both independently and as a team. . 

Competitive salary package, depending on experience with the possibility of a training contract
