An Investment Management firm based in the West End are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their growing team.
The Role:
This is an Assistant position to support a team of seven including Investment Directors, Specialists and an Analyst. This is a maternity cover for one year as a minimum. The team are growing so there is the potential to go into a permanent position so this role would suit someone who is open to both a temporary and permanent role.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience within the banking/finance industry. This is a fantastic role for someone with high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and prioritisation abilities. You must be a problem solver and be able to work under deadlines as there will be last-minute changes. Team work is very important for the business, so you must be able to work well within a hard-working and fast-paced team.

- Heavy diary management for three busy members of the team
- Liaising with external clients and administrative teams for meeting arrangements
- Booking meeting rooms, globally when necessary
- Setting up global video conferencing
- Managing global travel expenses
- Creating detailed itineraries
- Creating and editing client presentations
- Covering the phone lines when required
- General administration cover for the team
