My client is one of London’s leading insurance brokers based in stunning offices within the City of London. They are looking for an experienced, proactive and team orientated HR Adviser to join the busy HR team. This is a very varied generalist role and will give you the opportunity get involved in a wide range of projects.

Main duties & responsibilities
  • To increase the efficiency of operational HR support, review and update policies and procedures in line with company changes
  • Advise and support line managers on ER matters as well as participating in process reviews, recommending improvements
  • To be responsible for multiple HR projects
  • Conduct regular reviews of benefits as well as providing salary and remuneration information for UK and international offices
  • To support HR team and line managers with recruitment process
Key skills & experience
  • Ideally CIPD level 7 qualified
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience of delivering HR projects such as appraisals and salary reviews
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Managing effective and constructive working relationships
